General Information

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We are keeping your personal data in confidence and conforming to the data protection act as well as to this privacy notice. 

This privacy notice explains the sort, extent and purpose of the processing (i.a. collection, processing and utilization) of personal data and other data within our website and contact form. We also inform you about your rights in regards to your personal data. The privacy notice applies independently of the domains, systems, platforms and devices (e.g. Desktop or Mobile) that are used for utilizing the website.

What information do we collect? / Legal basis

What is personal data: The term “personal data” is defined in the Federal Data Protection Act. Accordingly, those are single indications about personal or factual relations of a determinate or determinable natural person. This subsumes for example your legal name, address, phone number or date of birth.

The use of our website is generally possible without the indication of personal data. However, if you use our contact form we will store your

  • Email adress
  • Name and surname
  • Telephone number (if entered)

The data serve to substantiate your request and allow better execution of your concern. The disclosure of personal data explicitly occurs voluntarily and with your consent. As far as the data is a matter of communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), you agree to consent that we get back to you if necessary for answering your request. You can cancel your declaration of consent at any moment. If you like to do so, please contact us.

This data will not be passed to third parties. We, the website host, collect this data do to justified interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 GDPR).

The website provider will due to justified interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 GDPR) further store server logfiles on the website server. The following data is stored:

·     Visited website

·      Time of access

·      Amount of sent data in byte

·      Service provider, the web site that you used to link to our site

·      Used browser

·      Used operating system

·     IP-Address 

The server logfiles will be stored for a maximum of 7 days and deleted afterwards. The storage of your data takes place exclusively for security reasons, eg to resolve fraudulent cases. If data has to be used as evidence they will only be deleted after the respective case is closed. 

 

How do we use personal information and how long do we keep it?

We will use your personal information only for

·      Account set up and administration

·      If specifically allowed by the client: delivering marketing & event communication

·      providing our services

We will delete your personal data as soon as the purpose for which we originally saved your data has been met.

You have the right of deletion of your data. Date saved by us will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which we originally saved your data and no legal retention periods apply. If a deletion cannot be executed due to legal purposes we restrict data processing solely for this purpose.

Right of objection
User of this website may exercise the right to object the processing of their personal data at any time.
