I’m Monika Steimle and it is my purpose to guide you to find the voice of your soul and your higher purpose to unlock your full potential as a leader. I do my work with a deep trust in knowing that if you show up as my client then we are meant to work together.
In 2017 I left a successful corporate career as Senior HR Executive in a global Digital Transformation Consultancy to start my own business. It’s when I took my own journey and listened within and experienced the power that comes from knowing my own purpose:
I know what it feels like to be fed by an inner knowing that what you do and who you do it for is completely aligned with who you are at your core and to what makes you feel alive.
I know what it feels like when you have clarity which steps to take in a world where everything changes rapidly and constantly and leaves many with the feeling of overwhelm and confusion.
I know what it feels like when you experience synergy because you know your higher purpose; and the people you are meant to work with just show up in your life.
So, knowing my higher purpose really was the key to unlocking everything. And all my education and business experience over the past 25 years enables me today to guide you with impact.
I studied business economics, I learned about service and hospitality and I lived the global citizen life (North America, Europe, Asia).
I have two decades of Human Resource leadership, organizational development and leadership and team development experience.
As the first True Purpose© Coach in Germany I use a unique process for individuals, small groups and organizations.
I hold several coaching certificates with the Enneagram and am faculty for the Integrative Enneagram Institute in Germany, running Certification Courses for Coaches.
I am a certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Hi, I am Marah and I have been assisting Monika on her entrepreneurial journey since day one which is and has been fun, rewarding, and educational.
